To request a refund, contact us at support@ruma.fun within this period.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

This refund window does not apply to renewals.

API Plans

Due to the nature of digital data access, API plan purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue preventing use of the API, please contact support and we will review the situation.
