Cloudflare and AWS Launch x402 for Per-Request Stablecoin Payments

Cloudflare opened a waitlist for its monetization gateway, enabling per-request charges for pages, APIs, datasets, and MCP tools with stablecoin settlement via x402. AWS made x402 generally available in CloudFront and WAF, supporting USDC settlement on Base and Solana.
